A Study of the Adolescents’ Psychological Potential Actualization Model

The socio-psychological situation in Ukraine has undergone significant changes. A global pandemic, harsh quarantine measures, war, insufficient public information, stigmatization of opinion, high risks to health – have all created a new psychosocial reality life for both adults and young people. It is obvious that these problems their manifestation totality affected people’s various aspects. An anonymous voluntary survey school teachers conducted 10 schools different regions (Prykarpattia, Central Northern) revealed decrease student activity (360 students aged 14-17) by 40% (attendance, willingness learn participate educational activities), significantly reduced success (by 35%) during the distance learning period. parents’ results show feelings fear (89%), anxiety (84%), aggression (58%), depression (52%) are significant. study structural characteristics’ specific manifestations psychological potential was between 2016-2020 which involved 2022 participants on voluntary, basis. comprised following components: motivational, emotional, value, behavioral. showed decline indexes average over 2020-2021. 4-stage actualization model focusing diagnostic, psycho-corrective, formative, recreational-assertive aspects developed based “Children`s Camp Zefir” recreation program adolescents’ center “Alternative”. model, implemented second year 2021-2022, currently displays increasing indicators.
